Brook Curtis Jewelry 10-Day Return/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 10 days* of receipt for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.  

How to return an item:

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Brook Curtis, follow our three-step process:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Email us with your invoice # and product # of the item to be returned at returns@brookcurtis.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return section found at the bottom of your original invoice.
  2. Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons address the package to Creative Intermedia Do not write Brook Curtis Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
  3. Insure Your Package. Check your invoice for the price of the item and insure your shipment as follows:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Brook Curtis.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)


*10 days means postmarked 10 calendar days after receipt. If that day is a weekend or holiday, then shipment must be postmarked the first business day thereafter.

** Brook Curtis Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please insure your shipment.
